柳工在冈比亚举行水井捐赠仪式

月23日，柳工非洲区域总经理李翊与冈比亚高等教育、研究与科技部（MOHERST）常秘图雷签订关于水井项目捐赠的合作协议，广西壮族自治区党委常委、组织部部长王维平，冈比亚高等教育、研究与科技部部长戈麦斯共同见证。

On August 23, Li Yi , General Manager of the African Region of LiuGong, and DR. YUSUPHA TOURAY, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Science and Technology (MOHERST) of The Gambia, signed a cooperation agreement on the donation of water well projects. Wang Weiping, Head of the Organization Department, Prof Pierre Gomez, Minister of Higher Education, Research and Science and Technology of Gambia, witnessed the signing ceremony.

冈比亚政府对柳工的慷慨捐赠表示由衷感谢，并表示该水井项目将不仅显著改善冈比亚周边居民生活质量，而且对提高卫生条件、减少水源性疾病的传播具有至关重要的作用。

The Gambian government expressed its sincere gratitude to LiuGong for its generous donation and stated that the water well project will not only significantly improve the quality of life of the surrounding residents, but will also be crucial to improving sanitary conditions and reducing the spread of water-borne diseases.

柳工不仅通过提供高质量的机械设备支持非洲当地基础设施建设，还积极投身于社会公益活动。去年，柳工启动了绿色联盟倡议，今年，该项目在南非开始实施，并计划在其他国家推广，旨在为当地居民提供清洁的水源，为非洲人民的健康和可持续生活奠定基础。

LiuGong not only supports African infrastructure construction by providing high-quality machinery and equipment, but also actively participates in social welfare activities. Last year, LiuGong launched the Green Alliance Initiative. This year, the project started in South Africa and is planned to be expanded to other countries, aiming to provide clean water to local residents and lay the foundation for a healthy and sustainable life for African people.
