发动机维护

Engine maintenance

降温防气阻：夏季高温导致发动机因高转速和散热困难易出现气阻现象，需立即停车降温排除故障。

随时观察水温表防缺水：高温天气行车要时刻检查冷却水量和水温表，发现缺水应怠速降温后再加水，避免烫伤。

机油防变质：高温使润滑油变稀，抗氧化性变差，应使用夏季专用润滑油，定期检查和更换润滑油。

Cooling to Prevent Vapor Lock: High temperatures in summer can cause vapor lock in engines due to high RPMs and difficulty in cooling. Immediate stopping and cooling are necessary to troubleshoot this issue.

Monitor the Water Temperature Gauge to Prevent Water Shortages: During high-temperature weather, it's essential to continuously check the coolant level and the water temperature gauge. If a shortage is detected, allow the engine to idle and cool down before adding water to avoid burns.

Prevent Oil Degradation: High temperatures can thin lubricating oil and reduce its oxidation resistance. Use summer-specific lubricating oil and regularly check and replace it.

冷却系统管理

Cooling System Management

及时清洗发动机外表油污：厚重的油污会影响散热，增加故障风险，应使用高压喷射方法清洗发动机部件。

防止水箱水温过高：冷却水蒸发快，出车前加足冷却水，工作中经常检查水位，出现开锅现象时减速运转，待水温下降后再慢慢添加冷却水。

保证最佳供油时间：调节好挖掘机的供油时间，避免供油过早导致敲缸或反转，供油过晚导致发动机无力。

Timely Cleaning of Engine Surface Oil: Thick oil deposits can affect heat dissipation and increase the risk of malfunctions. Use high-pressure spray methods to clean engine components.

Prevent High Water Temperature in the Radiator: Coolant evaporates quickly in high temperatures, so fill the coolant before heading out and frequently check the water level during operation. If boiling occurs, reduce the engine speed and wait for the water temperature to drop before slowly adding more coolant.

Ensure Optimal Fuel Supply Timing: Adjust the fuel supply timing of the excavator properly. Avoid early fuel supply, which can cause knocking or reverse rotation, and late fuel supply, which can result in a lack of engine power.

电池与润滑管理

Battery and Lubrication Management

选用黏度大的润滑油：高黏度润滑油可提高性能和密封性，更换时要彻底清洗机油滤清器、集滤器和油底壳，调整柴油机转换开关至“夏”位。

正确使用蓄电池：夏季应适量减少电解液并加蒸馏水，控制比重在1.25左右，定期检查和添加蒸馏水，长时间不工作时应拆下蓄电池，放在通风干燥处，定期充电并保持外部清洁。

Choose High Viscosity Lubricating Oil: High viscosity lubricating oil can improve performance and sealing. When changing the oil, thoroughly clean the oil filter, oil strainer, and oil pan, and adjust the diesel engine switch to the "summer" position.

Proper Use of the Battery: In summer, reduce the electrolyte and add distilled water, maintaining a specific gravity of about 1.25. Regularly check and add distilled water as needed. If the equipment is not in use for a long time, remove the battery, store it in a well-ventilated and dry place, charge it periodically, and keep the exterior clean.
